Getting to our workshop

Venue & Travel Information

Conference Venue: The Tomaszowice Manor Estate – Krakow Conference Center

The Tomaszowice Manor Estate – Krakow Conference Center (dwor.pl) is a unique nineteenth-century manor and park complex, located just outside Krakow’s main urban area. It offers a peaceful and inspiring setting for the workshop while being conveniently close to the city.

The venue is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Krakow’s Historic Centre and is also accessible by public transportation.

Getting to Krakow

By Air

Krakow is served by John Paul II Krakow Airport (krakowairport.pl), located just 12 km from the workshop venue (about 15 minutes by taxi).

From the airport, you can reach the venue by:

  • The official airport taxi (link) – reliable but relatively expensive.
  • Radio taxi companies such as Wawel Taxi (waweltaxi.pl).
  • UBER and BOLTthese services work well in Krakow and are generally cheaper than traditional taxis.

Important: It is unnecessary to travel to Krakow city center first—our venue is closer to the airport than to downtown Krakow.

By Train

If arriving by train, buy a ticket to Krakow Main Station (Kraków Główny). From there, take a taxi directly to Tomaszowice Manor Estate – Krakow Conference Center. You can:

  • Call a radio taxi (e.g., Wawel Taxi: waweltaxi.pl)
  • Use UBER or BOLT

If taking a taxi from the street, confirm the price in advance—90 PLN (~20 EUR) is a fair fare.

By Public Transport

Our venue is served by city bus number 230, which departs from Bronowice Małe, a major transport hub in Krakow. You can easily reach Bronowice Małe from the main train station using multiple tram and bus connections.

Other Airport Options
  • Katowice Airport (KTW) – Located about 80 km from Krakow, but reaching our venue from there can be time-consuming and expensive.
  • Warsaw Airport (WAW)Not recommended.

By Car

Driving to Krakow is an option, but requires careful planning, as distances from other major Polish cities are:

  • Wroclaw – Krakow: 270 km
  • Warsaw – Krakow: 290 km
  • Poznan – Krakow: 460 km
  • Gdansk – Krakow: 580 km

While this could be an opportunity to explore Poland, please factor in travel time accordingly.

We Look Forward to Seeing You in Krakow!

The workshop opens on May 26, 2025. Please plan to attend the entire conference.
