On October 10, 2017, a scientific session, dedicated to the memory of Professor Jerzy Vetulani (1936-2017), the former Deputy Director and the Head of the Department of Biochemistry in the Institute of Pharmacology Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków and Prof. Krzysztof Wędzony (1955- 2016), the Director of the Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Head of the Department of Pharmacology and the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Brain Biostructure, was held.
