Medal Medal Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to announce that during the "Science for Society" congress in Warsaw, the Minister of Education and Science, Professor Przemysław Czarnek, together with the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Culture and Science, Mr. Wojciech Murdzek, presented the "Sapienta et Veritas" Medals for special merits for higher education and science, including outstanding achievements in the field of scientific, didactic and organizational activities.We are proud to announce that the Gold Medal was awarded to Prof. Andrzej Bojarski from our institute. Prof. Krzysztof Wędzony, long-time Director of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and head of the Department of Pharmacology, was ranked among the top 5 Polish scientists in the field of Neuroscience "Best Scientists in the field of Neuroscience 2023", taking 2nd, 4th and 5th place, respectively. Additional funding for the Cephares project in the amount of PLN 8 million! Additional funding for the Cephares project in the amount of PLN 8 million! On May 9, an annex to the POIR.04.02.00-00-D007/20-00 Cephares agreement was signed with the Implementing Institution, resulting in an increase in project funding by over PLN 8 million. The current value of the project co-financing is PLN 75,225,963.00.
