Submissions provide the overview of repurposing of the currently used drugs against COVID-19, with a focus on their mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetics, dosing, safety, and future perspectives. This issue includes an editorial by prof. Marek Sanak and eight articles, both reviews and original papers.
