You can only be registered if you have paid your conferencee fee.

Payment of the registration fee is required for processing of your registration. The registration fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, all conference materials, coffee and snacks during breaks, opening ceremony and a full day retreat on the third day (Krakow sightseeing tour and boat trip on Vistula river).

Hotel accommodation and meals at the meeting hotel are NOT included in the registration fee.

Please be aware that the Tomaszowice manor (the conference hotel) is relatively far from Krakow city center and other hotels and restaurants. Therefore, when registering to our event, we strongly encourage you to reserve also the discounted room & full board package at the conference hotel (more info available here).
