ANXIOLYTIC-LIKE EFFECT OF NAFADOTRIDE AND PNU 99194A, DOPAMINE D3 RECEPTOR ANTAGONISTS, IN ANIMAL MODELS

Anxiolytic-like effect of nafadotride and PNU 99194A, dopamine D3 receptor antagonists, in animal models. Z. ROGÓŻ, A. KŁODZIŃSKA, J. MAJ. Pol. J. Pharmacol., 2000, 52, 459-462.

The obtained results indicate that dopamine D3 receptor antagonists, nafadotride and PNU 99194A, produced anxiolytic-like effect in animal models, which suggests a putative role of these drugs in the therapy of anxiety.
